Tailored Coaching

Asia Catalyst’s Tailored Coaching program delivers specialized, issue-specific training to CBOs with a specific skillset need, such as strategic planning, fundraising, or volunteer management.

Tailored Coaching for CBOs typically consist of two three-day workshops with Asia Catalyst over a period of 3-6 months. Between workshops, participant organizations complete assignments aimed at implementing the knowledge they have gained at workshops, with Asia Catalyst providing additional mentor support throughout the process.

Organizations may apply for capacity building support for any of the items in the Resources menu of services, and may apply for coaching more than once.
